ZDoom Runner - recent changes

- relatively minor tweaks and fixes
- this version was actually completed on 2012-09-29, but not released until the above date

- new runtime options, including autostart
- more powerful command line options
- support for extraction of pk3/zip files
- support for .deh and .bex files
- more information available from WAD files, and now pk3/zip archives too
- maintain custom note/comment for each wad/archive

- allow multiple zdr.ini config files
- allow change to "Starts and monsters" menu for custom level-things.ini
- WADs can now be dragged into the WAD list in ZDR (with add/replace option)
- added ability to set DMFlags by name. Optional "fix" to make DMFlags more intuitive
(viz: flags which default to "on" are checked by default). This can be toggled from within ZDR - many UI improvements!
- various code tweaks and minor bug fixes

- most windows can be resized, and their size/position remembered between sessions

- warp and skill level names are changed depending on the IWAD selected
- warp level names are adjusted for custom maps in the selected PWAD
- things reported in "Player starts and monsters" can be customized by external file
- added support for switching between source ports
